: Well there is a thread a bit further down that deals

: Exporting frames from 3d studio MAX r2
: Have a look there and see if it doesnt tell you

: : : I recently made a model for my own purpose and i'm animating it Bones Pro Max.
: : : Anyone have any idea on how to export them to quake format. Since bones does
: : : not work like biped I have no idea on how to start this. If anyone has any suggestoins
: : : it would help.

: : wow it came out really bad when I posted it.
: : Basically I want to know how to export the
: : animation for Quake2 format using bones pro
: : max on 3dsmaxr2 for my animations.
: : NovaStrike
The problem is I can't delete the bones like
biped. If I do the animation is screwed up.
I also read somewhere that if I hide the bones
3dsmax still saves the bone which adds a huge
amount of polygon count.
