: No, what you need to do is to link your skin to the model. Put the model and the skin the right directorys, and then load the skin in NST. See the thing in the skin menu that says link? Do it. Things should work right now. You may need to put the skin and model in the final home directory and set the base folder in nst as your base game folder, but I am not sure.

if it's what goose is saying, use the software renderer to test the skin, and you'll get a ton of R_AliasDrawModel errors and/or NULL skin errors. if it's just a tint tho, like you said, then you may just wanna adjust your red gamma and save a lot of time :D
