3dsmax4.zip "Bad ZIp File Offset"?

I got my hands on a copy of 3dsmax4.zip but when I try to extract it, I get a "Bad Zip File Offset(Error Local Header Signature Not Found) disk#1 offset: 75904" error message. Any suggestions, or am I just stuck with a P.O.S.zip of 3dsmax4?
