There should be a folder called "eula" where you extracted 3D Studio Max. Take the folder and move it into the "3DStudioMax4Final" Folder(where the installer is). Make sure that inside the "eula" folder there are the licences in different languages and not just another folder called "eula".
If you notice that is what it is asking for, the file AdskLicense.ini is inside the "eula" folder, it can't find it because it is not where it expects it to be.
Give it a try and see if it works.
