Running frames-how to do it on the opposite leg/frames 3dsMAX

Firstly, about the model. Im not using bones. The model is segmented and linked/moved by dummies.

Ohhkay, now the problem. Lets concern ourselves to the LOWERBODY(upperbody is a segment so no prob there) which consists of waist, thigh, feet and ankle. There are 6 running frames.(this is on the quake2 male that im basicing my run) The first 3 is a half running cycle and the last 3 is the other half. The last half is basically sort of like a "mirror" of the first three.

My problem is that ive made the first 3 frames already and i would like to "mirror" the keyframes to the last 3. If you look at the male player model the leg movements of the last 3 are an exact "mirror" of the first 3. This is what i want to do. Make the first 3 and then "mirror" to the last 3.

Ive actually finished my run cycle the hard way by adjusting each keyframe on the last 3, and its imperfect to get an exact copy. I want to know how to get past this because most likely ill make another model after this one.
