: Also you wrote 'paint directly on model'. Well this feature is not as simple as you seem to make it out to be. I think that if you can not make this feature so good that it beats NST then you should leave it out in favor of something else. Meshpainters like the one in q2modeller, old qme (dont know if the new one is better or even if it does it), etc. just make me sick and are good for nothing.

Now THATS Funnny. But you are right, NST is great, and very well done. But the process of skin painting is fairly straightforward and simple. Making it fast is the trick. If it makes you sick, you should go and see your doctor, maybe it was something you ate. But it IS good for something, just marking out points on the model, making sure that you got a large enough number of pixels for a certain poly. In short its just for quick testing, not for any serious artwork. Never was, most likely never will be.

Perhaps instead of coming out and saying something is "good for nothing", you should consider saying "is good for nothing I do". I use it quite often, just for quick operations listed above. Instead of slandering a product just because it doesn't do what you want it to, try to think about what it was trying to acheive first. Or better yet, email the author of a product, and suggest some things he/she could implement that would make a better program to you.

Since All the other skin painters except NST make you sick, and are "good for nothing", perhaps you should make a better one?

: I forgott one important modeling feature.

: Boolean operations!

: Unions and subtractions(i saw subtract on you list though i dont know if this is what you ment) are vital for my work rutines.

: Would also be nice to have these tools optimized for lowpoly work, that is to have a definable automatic weld treshold or something so you wont have to do all that manually.

: Oh and another thing. Let the program be a little flexible when it comes to the GUI. Let the user be able to specify key shortcuts to every single command if he likes and so on.
