MD2/MDL to LWO converter...

I know this has probably been asked before, but I can't find any answers in previous messages.

I'm looking for a program that can convert from MD2/MDL to LWO. I can convert from LWO to MD2, but I have models in Quake 1 format that I would like to merge objects with MD2's, and I prefer to edit them in Lightwave as it's just the best editor I've come across.

(I haven't used Rhino3D, but I'm told it's good. StudioMDx is pretty good but I don't like the interface as much as Lightwave)
