I have a few questions and your advice is greatly appreciated. I'm building a computer this summer and I plan to run 3d Max 4.26 on it. My first question is which Operating System do you recommend I should use and why? My second question is which graphic card do you recommend? My price range for the graphic card is $700 or less. My third and final question, I heard that Windows XP is a pain about registering your software, is this true and if it is will it bother or hassle me about the "free" version I have of 3d max?
