If you have quake2 then you have the quake2 palett.
Open a skin in Paintshop Pro or any other utility
that allows you to open a pcx skin propperly and
save the palett separatly. I know there are problems
with paletts saved in Paintshop Pro and opend in
Photoshop, but perhaps it would work to just save a
skin as a bmp file and then getting the palett from
that inside Photoshop...

If you use Photoshop then there should be some kind
of fix (a small macro or something like that) but
i cant recall were to find it. I think that it
was listed on Blues when it came out so you should
be able to find it by going through the news archive
there.

Mmmm...ofcours you might not be using any of these
programs but moste ppl with this problem seem to be using
Photoshop, it inverts the palett or something
for the pcx type that quake2 uses.
