Skinning trouble...

Hiya again. Mr. Ignorance is back with another question. After I got done messing around with my True Space 2 *.ASC, I winword edited it, and changed the o's in the object words to O's, and it imported fine to Q2MDL. Now I gotta model the damn thing, which is gonna be one heluva challenge, considering I use multiple objects so I have to winword edit all the animation files, then while in TS2 I have to Glue as child. Yeesh! Anyways, with my original frame, it's pretty good sized and all, but the only part of a new PCX skin it will use is the little 1/2 pixels in the upper left corner. WTF?? Thanx!
