The feet.

You could try to change the interpolation calculation for the foot keys,
try using the segmented thingie. Then the foot should not move around at all
but just move directly to the next possisiton if there is one (making a
jump). Changing the interpolation type works on separat keys or you can
change the standard for a object so that it should affect all new keys
created. Just Rightclick on the key in a trackview and youll be able to
change it...or it can be done under the motion tab aswell.

Dont forget to have fun

: My char is segmented(bonespro dont work, WIN95b messes it i think, dont have IE4 installed). What i want to know is how to bob, but more specifically how to keep the feet planted while i move the body(similar to the salute, bobing of the male model). I setup IK and everything. I was able to "partialy" do this in my first model(HeavyGear) after nearly tweaking every frame for it. I would like to discuss this in more detail with someone quite knowlegable in max(i have quite a few Qs). If you can help me pls contact me thru ICQ 619190 and i will be eternally grateful to you. This has been nagging me for a loong time.
: Or you can post on how you did it here =)

: Thanks.
