3d MAX 4.3 how can i reach it ?

I read from http://www.discreet.com/support/max/ that there is a pack which will bring your 3d MAX to 4.3.8, but it needs to be install over the 4.3, the max i can reach is 4.2.9, so anyone know where i could found an update for 4.3 ?
