Error when installing 3Dmax 4.2 update!!

hi , i just downloaded the the 3d max 4.2 update, i want to update 3dmax 4 to 3d max 4.2, but when i run setup for the 3d max 4.2 to install, it says it cant find installation languages in my Documents folder, .. any one know why this is happening? any help will be good.. thanks
