: kind of. get nst or q2 modeller, you can edit the skins mapping coords to your hearts content. if you've never done any remapping i'd suggest q2 modeller, it has a help file that covers this very subject. there is also info on the q2 modeller homepage www.quake2.com/modeling/q2modeller
