Yes you need the mugshot as well, it should be
called like your skin with a additional '_i' at
the end.
The mugshot is just a plain pcx image with at
a special resolution, dont remember what it is
right now but just open a ?_i.pcx image in for
example Paintshop Pro to see how small it has to
be.

: I just started making Quake 2 skins tonight and I finished my first one and tried to play with it in a multiplayer game...but it wasn't in my selection....I was wondering if it had anything to do with needing a file that is thier "mug shot". If I need to make one of them then how do I make one....do I need a certain program and if so what? Any help would be useful!
