Would be grateful for any help regarding Adobe Photoshop and converting skins

: Hello, : Ive read through all the tutorials on this subject and cant seem to figure out how this can be done. : Basically, evertime i load a skin into PS and save it it always has whacky colors when i use it. : Here is what i do : Load skin into PS; choose Index mode; go to color table; Load quake2 pallett inot PS (the skin gets color); : now, even if i dont adjust anything and save it, it still messes up and if i just grayscale it without doing anything and save it it also messs up.. : ive tried every combination of pallett and greyscaling i can think of and i still cant get it to go. : i think i ve tried anything i can think of. : if you can offer any assistance i would be grateful : if u like, you may contact me using ICQ 1824972 : Thanks : Dannk
