You know, the neat thing about md2 mapping is that
you can arrange the mapping pritty much any way you
want.

If you wanted to then you could separate every single
polygon in mapping, so moving the arms would not only
be possible. It would most likey also be a very good
idea in most cases because you also want to save texture-
space, and having a mapping pose of a model with its arms
straith out often consums more space then nesseary.

Another neat thing that you might want to experiment with
is mapping identical objects on the same texturespace.
Lets for example say that you have two arms that are
identical in the mesh, and you know you will also make
the skin identical on both arms. Well in this case doesnt
it seem like a complete wast of space to mapp both arms
seperatly, if you place one over the other you'll not only
save texturespace but will not have to paint both arms.
