how to register Digimation's plugins under WinXP ?

Does anyone know how to register Digimation's plugins under Win XP Pro ?
(like DIGIMATION SHAG:HAIR VERSION 1.01.15 FOR MAX R4)
It keeps saying me "Authorization failed" or something like that...
so can anyone explain me how to fix that ?
or can anyone update "Instructions on Patching Digimation Plugins for use under Windows 2000".pdf to make it work under Win XP Pro ?
