thanks for the few of you who posted comments
and suggestion, they were taken into consideration.
ere are the things that are going to be in it. As of
now about the only thing I've had time to work on is
the GUI, but....here's what's gonna be in it:

-paint skin directly on model
-object grouping
-view texture of model with and without 3dfx card
-extrude
-face resizing
-2 view modes
-possible NT support (?)
-prefabs
-prefab library (on toolbar with your own prefabs)
-view centering on entire model
-view centering on selected items
-welding of verticies
-divide face(s)
-subtract
-flip triangles
-wire frame preview
-flat-shaded preview
-import/export .3ds & .lwo files (possibly)
-sound library for your new models
-will have shareware and full (undetermined price, $25.00)

possible things to be in:

-bones
-frames
-lots of 3dfx accleration
-different light levels in 3d view (might be getting in)

thanks for all your comments and suggestion. keep posting
your ideas they might make it in. i want this to be a
modeller "by modellers for modellers".

p.s. all these things for only $25-$35 U.S. dollars.
what more could you ask for?
